Karri Sreedhar, Managing Consultant
Karri Sreedhar has more than twelve years of experience in the IT and
Engineering industry. He worked with high technology product and
service companies like Intelligroup, Virtusa and Computer Associates
in a variety of communication intensive roles. He also worked with
Indian Rayon & Industries Ltd. as Deputy Engineer for their power
plant construction projects.
He completed his graduation in Civil Engineering from Birla Institute
of Technology and Science (Pilani) and pursued a program in Mass
Communication. He is a founding member of DocImpact.
Appaji Reddem, Managing Consultant
Appaji Reddem, one
of the founding members of DocImpact, has more than 7 years of
experience in the Publishing and IT industry. He worked with esteemed
organizations like The New Indian Express and Kedia Publications as
Sub-Editor and Editor respectively. He was also associated with
world’s top email marketing concerns like Zustek Corporation which was
rated as one among the top ten by Jupiter Research. While serving
Zustek he interacted and worked closely with giants like BBC, AOL Time
Warner Brothers, Bernstein, Fortune, Frontier Airlines, American Trans
Airlines, Hawaiian Air, America West Airlines and National Geographic
to name a few.
He completed his graduation in English Literature from
Andhra University and did Post-Graduation in Political Science from
Hyderabad Central University. Mr. Appaji had also served as Students
Union President of Hyderabad Central University.
Rajesh Govathoti, Honorary Director
Mr Rajesh Govathoti, one of the founding members of DocImpact, is a
top notch recruiter and has more than 8 years experience as a
Recruiting Manager both for International and Indian companies.
Mr Rajesh has an extensive recruiting experience in the industries
like IT, Pharmaceuticals, Tele Communications, Finance, Insurance,
Entertainment, and US Governmental departments. In the process he had
the most enriching experience with AT&T, Verizon, Motorola, BellSouth,
Lucent Technologies, Telcordia Technologies, Avaya, Pfizer, BMS,
Novartis, Aventis, Astra Zeneca, J&J, IBM, Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan,
VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express, Morgan Stanley, CIT Group, AXA
Financials, AIG , Blue cross Shield, State Farm Insurance, MTV, Walt
Disney, Bank One, Deutsche Bank, Bank of New York, Bank of America,
State of Georgia, State of Florida, US Army, FBI, ADP and Ceridian to
name a few.
He completed his Graduation in Sociology from Nagarjuna University
(India) and did Post Graduation from Hyderabad Central University
(India). Mr. Rajesh also holds Post Graduate Diplomas in HRM and IT.
Last but not least he was Students Union President of Hyderabad
Central University.
